Job Duties:

Support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum implementation

Assist in planning and delivering engaging and stimulating lessons

Provide one-to-one support to children with additional needs

Help create a safe and supportive learning environment

Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure the well-being and progress of children

Required Qualifications:

Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

Enhanced DBS check

Previous experience working with EYFS children

Education:

GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths

Experience:

Experience working in a similar role within an educational setting

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of the EYFS framework

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively within a team

Strong organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

First Aid certification

Safeguarding training

Working Conditions:

Potential exposure to challenging behaviour

Regular interaction with children, teachers, and parents
