The Director of Nursing is looking to recruit 3 Primary Care Improvement leads to support the quality improvement within primary care to meet the Integrated Care Board statutory and regulatory requirements for quality and safety for our population across NWL ICB Primary Care services. These posts are part-time working 3-days per week.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will support the Director of Nursing for Primary Care and the Senior Quality Improvement Lead on the quality assurance mechanisms in order to achieving sustained improvements in quality of care, patient safety and patient experience within primary care.

You will be expected to matrix work with colleagues across North West London and other ICBs. The post holder will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be able to build a good working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
