Job Summary

To achieve this vision, we are seeking a skilled professional to lead quality assurance mechanisms in primary care.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading quality assurance mechanisms to achieve sustained improvements in quality of care, patient safety, and patient experience within primary care. This will involve matrix working with colleagues across North West London and other Integrated Care Boards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance mechanisms to improve quality of care and patient safety
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sustained improvements in quality of care and patient experience
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. They will also have a deep understanding of quality improvement principles and practices.
