Job Summary:

The North West London Integrated Care Board is committed to improving life expectancy and quality of life, reducing inequalities, and achieving health outcomes on a par with global cities. To support this vision, we are seeking three Quality Improvement Leads to support quality improvement within primary care and meet the Integrated Care Board statutory and regulatory requirements for quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities:

The post holder will support the Director of Nursing for Primary Care and the Senior Quality Improvement Lead in achieving sustained improvements in quality of care, patient safety, and patient experience within primary care. This will involve working closely with colleagues across North West London and other Integrated Care Boards, demonstrating excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and building a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  1. Support the Director of Nursing for Primary Care and the Senior Quality Improvement Lead in quality assurance mechanisms.
  2. Work closely with colleagues across North West London and other Integrated Care Boards.
  3. Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and build a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
