Business Growth Strategist

Hydro-X is a leading name in the Water Treatment and Environmental Services industry, seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth through new client relationships and enhanced partnerships.
This pivotal role involves expanding our business footprint by identifying and pursuing new opportunities while nurturing existing connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to showcase Hydro-X's innovative services and their compliance and environmental benefits
- Collaborate with the team to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive results
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategy
- Represent Hydro-X at industry events and conferences to promote capabilities and expertise
This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive, motivated individual with a knack for building relationships and driving success. Requirements include proven experience in Business Development or sales, exceptional communication skills, strong ability to identify opportunities and generate leads, self-motivation, and full UK driving license.
Benefits of this role include a basic salary up to £45,000 per annum, company car, commission scheme, Royal London Pension, Mental Health & Well-being Scheme, Employee Recognition Scheme, Paid Recommend a Friend Scheme, paid holidays, and additional day holiday for each year of service (up to 25 days).
