We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to spearhead our B2B sales initiatives and drive company expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in generating leads, enhancing customer service, and implementing effective sales and marketing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities, leveraging market insights and emerging trends to drive growth.
- Drive our B2B outreach programme to increase lead generation and conversion.
- Oversee CRM pipeline data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Expand our business through strategic partnerships with third-party channels.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development and B2B sales, preferably within the design or creative industry.
- Proven track record of driving company growth through lead generation, sales, and customer service initiatives.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques, with experience in digital marketing strategies.
