Lead transition of software products from development to production, and support entry into service and OEM/customer field issues.

Providing technical support such as troubleshooting customer issues, diagnosing problems, and providing solutions

Lead internal and participate in customer facing training and workshops.

Perform Technical Lead duties for small and medium sized projects.

Review, define, and refine product requirements into User Stories.

Lead Engineering Trade Studies and Design Reviews.

Prepare and support design and implementation of automated test procedures.

Support Program Manager in generating project schedule and cost.

Providing feedback to the Product Team as a part of continuous product improvement.


Requirements:

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline; At least 2-3 years’ of minimum experience in Systems Engineering or related field in the Avionics, Aircraft, and/or Aerospace Defense Industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities

Working experience in Python or other computer programming language Is highly desired.

Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office application tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio.

Experience designing automated solutions with Python is a key requirement.

Solid working knowledge with Design Portioning, Digital Communication, and Software Structures is a key requirement.

Familiarity with Agile frameworks.

Familiarity with AWS

Supervisory Responsibilities

No direct management or supervisory responsibilities.
