We are currently recruting for a HR Administrator on the 6 month fixed term contract. 

The Company is going through a period of change whilst we relocate to a brand new state of the art National Distribution Centre in Rotherham which has resulted in additional work for the HR Advisor. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Taking minutes and notes at meetings Type up notes and minutes from meetings Arrange meetings with staff and their representatives Track the transfers of staff to the new location Support the HR Advisor in any other ad-hoc administrative duties as necessary Triage staff enquiries, closing off or escalating to the HR Advisor where applicable

The HR Administrator will be / have:

Methodical in approach Good interpersonal and organisational skills Be able to juggle and manage large workloads Work to a tight schedule Sound IT skills particularly, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
