TheSenior Medical Aesthetician is a key role within the businessresponsible for the client journey clinical excellence and revenuegeneration. This is a multifunctional fast paced and handson rolewith plenty of diverse responsibilities and opportunity forgrowth.

Theright candidate must be highly organised clinically skilled processdriven and have high attention todetail.

  • Highlevel Client care and delivery of services
  • Leadingthe clinicaltherapists
  • KnowledgeTraining &Assessments
  • Salesmeeting targets supporting therapist team to reachthese
  • Ensuringtheir diaries are populated with duties on a day to day basis(floormanagement)


Requirements


  • Achievetreatment and retail salestargets

  • Motivatedto onboard effective sales and education training provided withselfdiscipline tocarry

    outfurther personal reading to achievetargets

  • Independentand motivated in managing sales performance; working closely withmanagement

    teamto achieve businesstargets

  • AestheticQualification Level 2/3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or VTCT level 3/or4

  • IVcannulation & phlebotomy competency is aplus

  • Minimum5 year experience in Cosmetics/aesthetics/wellnessindustry

  • Mustbe proficient articulate presentable & diligent in workethic.

  • Experienceworking with a VIP clientele ispreferred.
