**Job position**: Front of House/Aesthetician
- The front of house coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences as you will be the first point of contact for all customers visiting Remedi. You will be required to have a full understanding of Remedi's services and retail products to ensure accurate information is given and to always deliver exceptional customer service. When you are not on the front reception you will also be seeing clients for treatments._
- You will be responsible for the reception and waiting area, ensuring a clean, tidy and welcoming environment.
- Greet patients into the clinic and checking them in using our online patient software.
- Ensuring all patients are given the relevant medical forms prior to treatment and ensuring these have been completed.
- Opening and closing the clinic - completing opening/closing daily checklists
- Handling/managing practitioner clinic schedules.
- Checking patients out and taking payments
- End of day cash up and assisting with invoicing
- Help with doing the monthly stock count.
- Seeing clients for a variety of treatments from Emerald laser, assisting clients into the Cryotherapy chamber, Sauna, Rebalance machine, Body Balancer, performing Hydrafacials and LED light therapy.
- **Skills required**:_

You will need to be proficient in appointment management with the use of our IT systems (Pabau). You will need to have had experience with client facing customer services and to have worked in either a medical clinic or a health/medi spa.

You will need to have an understanding of legal best practice standards regarding data protection. As a clinic Front of House receptionist, you will need to be very organised and have the ability to multitask. You will also need to have excellent speaking and writing skills and be able to know how to work autonomously as well as in a team.
- **Working hours (40 hours - 8-hour shifts)**_
- **Monday - Saturday. Times ranging from 09:30am - 20:00pm**_

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
