We have an exciting opportunity for a CI Support Agent to join Norgine..

The person holding this position will report to Senior Operations Change Manager.

The CI Support Agent role is part of the Continuous improvement team of the site and is responsible for supporting and representing the team on the shopfloor. They act as support to all shopfloor activities that aim the increase of productivity of the site.

They will work directly with operators, line runners, team leaders, shift leaders and technicians to implement improvements and sustain them.

Requirements

  • Coach Visual Management Performance boards to ensure it is filled properly
  • Support OEE Tool kit implementations and sustainability
  • Data gathering to support analysis being done on OEE losses, waste, quality problems, safety problems, etc
  • Implement, train and make sure all standard of works are followed.
  • Deliver technical and soft training to Shopfloor
  • Support CIL implementation and sustainability (clean, inspection and lubrication)
  • Communicate and update performance board of the line with key data related to main KPI’s - OEE losses, waste, quality and safety problems, etc
  • Coordination of all RCPS (Root Cause Problem Solving) activities during shift. Perform training and support implementation and control status.
  • 5S training, support implementation and sustainability
  • Act as link to operators and engineers to implement autonomous maintenance and troubleshooting methodology
  • Ensure all meetings for Performance Management work as designed – Shift handover, DOR, SIC, Process confirmation, etc
  • Support the implementation of Continuous Improvement methodology
  • Champion for Norgine Production System (NPS)

Accountabilities:

  • Make sure performance boards are routinely completed and are correct
  • Ensure OEE tool kit is filled correctly
  • Ensure Standards are followed
  • Have all employees trained on technical and soft skills needed
  • CIL are properly followed and completed
  • Update all boards with all KPI data
  • Coordination RCPS on shift
  • 5S
  • Autonomous maintenance and troubleshooting in place
  • Performance meetings working as designed
  • Support CI implementation

Skills & Experience required:

  • Production line experience in Pharmaceutical, food, or chemical environment
  • A sound of knowledge of GMP, GDP and Pharmacovigilance principles
  • Application of Health and Safety principles.
  • Basic Training skills.
  • Basic analytical skills with drive to implement improvements
  • Ability to work to stretching targets
  • Awareness of, and experience of a KPI focused environment
  • IT skills (Basic)
