Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Printing Press Operator to join our production team at Recruitment Solutions Workforce Ltd. This role involves operating a flexographic printing press to produce high-quality printed paper, ensuring efficiency and productivity while meeting customer demands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Run the flexographic printing press to produce high-quality prints, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the press is in good working order.
  • Monitor and control the quality of prints, making adjustments as necessary to achieve optimal results.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance press performance and reduce waste levels.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong understanding of flexographic printing principles and practices.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £33,000 per annum, plus a 35% shift allowance, totaling approximately £44,550 per annum. You will also receive 30 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, and participate in our pension scheme with a 3% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution.
