Child Welfare Specialist

Hoop Social Work is seeking two Qualified Social Workers for Children's Services in Caerphilly.

The role involves providing high-quality assessment and care management to children and families. You will work on a hybrid basis, splitting time between home and the office, with opportunities for professional development.

Duties include:

• Providing ongoing support and intervention to vulnerable children and their families.
• Reviewing case plans to ensure timely delivery of services and outcomes.
• Maintaining professional competence through continuous learning and training.
• Contributing to service improvement initiatives and effective interagency collaboration.
• Representing the service at Court and Panel meetings.

To be considered, you must hold a social work qualification, be registered with Social Care Wales, and have relevant experience in children's services.
