Full Time Office Baed- Monday – Thursday 8:45am-6pm, Friday 8:45am-5pm

WHAT WE DO?

Our specialist recruitment consultants place Doctors (GP’s and Hospital Doctors) into private healthcare brands as well as directly into the NHS.

This involves recruiting Doctors and other candidates from all over the UK and overseas, but before they can work in our client NHS Hospitals they must be compliant to the highest standards. This involves collecting, checking and maintaining numerous pieces of documentation from DBS records to training certification. It’s our Compliance team who keep this moving so our Recruiters are able to place the Doctors into work.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a keen eye for detail and well organised
  • Ability to work with different softwares
  • Strong communications skills
  • Have experience or knowledge working in Healthcare Recruitment Compliance, or demonstrate an understanding of compliant requirements
  • Knowledge of NHS framework standards and the audit process is strongly preferred, but not essential as Training will be provided
