The successful candidate should be looking to expand their current knowledge and responsibilities in an inspiring and rewarding environment. The role will involve handling customer support queries by phone and email.


Responsibilities:

- Provided technical training to clients about our platform.

- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and any other queries.

- Record keeping of client interactions

- Thinking out of the box solutions and providing excellent customer support


Skills and Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or a recent graduate with great communication skills.

- Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

- IT literate and have the ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work.

We are looking for immediate joiners, and the company will provide the required training.
