Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing company, who are looking to recruit a Technical Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

What will you be doing in the Technical Advisor role:
* Working as part of the Technical department providing technical advice
* Interpret and explain technical information and instructions.
* Understand the customer requirements and show a good technical aptitude combined with the ability to give advice by telephone with clarity and diplomacy.
* You should be confident giving technical advice and aim to give our customers world class customer service.
* You will be target driven and your performance will be measured on achieving KPI's.

What will you bring to the Technical Advisor role?
* Solid previous experience as a Technical Advisor or similar for at least 1-2 years.
* A passion for customer service and you pride yourself on exceeding the expectations of customers.
* A good problem-solving aptitude which enables you to diagnose possible faults with accuracy.
* You are computer literate having previous experience using all Microsoft applications and you have a good understanding of Salesforce.
* Excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
