Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments accurately.
  • Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support store promotions, sales, and special events as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and create a positive shopping environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of store products and services to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
