The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Client Services Manager to join with our client's team and work on multiple large-scale retail accounts, with a specific focus on digital installations throughout the UK. You will be focusing on client account management, development and growth.
What you’ll do as a Client Services Manager:
- Manage large-scale client accounts, focusing on digital installations across the UK and Europe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to receive briefs and deliver innovative digital installations.
- Participate in store design and enhance overall customer experience by providing insights and recommendations.
- Manage workload efficiently, providing regular updates and reports to management on progress and deadlines.
- Adapt to changing deadlines and requirements, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept through design and installation to post-installation support.
- Travel to client locations as required, ensuring effective communication and project management outside the office.
- Develop the role in alignment with business needs and undertake related duties as necessary.
What you’ll need:
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to large audiences and managing key stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for technology and its role in enhancing retail value, alongside experience in studio production and digital asset creation.
- Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and solid financial acumen.
- Excellent organisational skills to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and leading strategic initiatives.
- Flexibility to travel and mentor a team of Client Executives.
- Passion for branding and creative development, with a background in design or digital advertising is desirable.
- Familiarity with web-based content management systems and retail store design, plus a friendly, adaptable personality is desirable.
