Main duties of the job
The ClinicalPractice Lead will work with the Home Treatment Team to provide intensive hometreatment for people aged 18 and above who identify, or have been identified asbeing in a mental health crisis.
Thepost holder will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality and safetystandards within their assigned clinical pathways/teams. They will ensure thatall individuals receiving care and treatment from the service do so in linewith Trust strategic objectives and are safeguarded from any harm.
