About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Practice Lead to join our team at Franklyn Hospital. As a key member of the ward management team, you will be responsible for supporting practice standards and patient and carer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Ward Manager in overseeing standards of care and maintaining practice standards.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and experience.
  • Work in partnership with health and social care professionals to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the delivery of high standards of nursing care to all service users in accordance with evidence-based professional practice and Trust policies.
Requirements
  • Experience as a band 5 in an acute inpatient setting.
  • Knowledge of audit and quality improvement work.
  • A good understanding of Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act / DoLs.
