Main duties of the job
Carrying a small but complex caseload of young people requiring therapeutic interventions.
Provide training and clinical supervision/support to the wider team.
Attendance at multi agency meetings and risk management group.
Support with transition work and audits as appropriate. Linking in with parent, carers and other partners

Clinical caseload work providing interventions in the mental health pathway
Risk assessment and support
Attendance at multi agency meetings with internal and external partners
Senior nursing support and cover for the wider team
Lead on service improvement and project work to improve clinical outcomes for children and young people
