Job description
Job responsibilities
Main focus will be (but not limited to)
Ensure accurate data is recorded and sent timely to our accountancy team.
Run reports and provide financial analysis when required
Ensure invoices are paid and any monies claimed as appropriate
Monitor and replenish stationary for each site.
Support the Management Team in the day to day operation of the practice ensuring staff achieve their primary responsibilities.
Maintain our intranet system, recording staff sickness, training records and checklists
Updating our social media platforms and website ensure we communicate timely with our patients.
