This is a fantastic opportunity for a busy regional contractor as a qualified Site Manager, spearheading major school refurb project, with similar upcoming schemes alrady confirmed to start thereafter. This role promises a dynamic working environment where your expertise will be integral to the successful delivery of this school construction and as such, an Enhanced DBS is required.

As a Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of project execution, entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that the kay pahses of the construction is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating with a skilled, established site team, driving the project forward and maintaining the contractor's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the on-site management of construction activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate tasks among the professional site team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Maintain rigorous health and safety protocols, upholding the contractor's commitment to a safe workplace.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure a seamless operation.

Skills & Experience Required:
- A proven track record in managing new build apartment schemes, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the construction process.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a professional team.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
