Step into the role of  Regional Manager  Working across one of our exciting retail regions which consists of five Outlet stores and 11 mainline stores including some of our Coastal locations Padstow, St Ive’s, Mumbles and Taunton where you will lead the store management team to embrace a warm and friendly service culture both surprising and delighting those that matter most to us; our customers. 

What to expect from a day to day perspective:

We want you to inspire your managers to focus on the customer, the look and feel of our stores and to represent our brand as well as driving commerciality to maximise sales. You will be visiting stores as the voice of retail, the link between stores and head office, sharing customer insight and commercial feedback and opportunities. Being an inspirational and innovative leader; recruiting the best candidates and coaching them for success.  Engaging and empowering the team to create a culture of responsibility and accountability.  We are looking for someone who is agile and can work effectively under pressure with the ability to adapt and bounce back to quickly changing situations.  You will embrace challenges and ensure unresolved issues don’t drift. Innovation and creativity will form a part of your day to day, you will create and implement new business solutions and ideas. You will know how to get things done through formal and informal channels and will be aware of how different departments work.

Location:

This will be a field based role whereby you will be required to travel across our South & southwest region (approx 16 stores). This is a full time role. Whilst not essential, it would be desirable for the successful candidate to reside within the Bristol area as to be within prime travel distance for each of the stores they would be responsible for. 

The ideal candidate:

From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you are:

A skilful communicator, you will be able to handle a rapid flow of information and share it succinctly with the relevant people. Experienced within a similar fashion retail role. You will be credible, authentic, widely respected and always act with integrity.  Energised and prepared to provide direction and inspiration to help others lead effectively.  Effective at building relationships and collaborating with peers to achieve objectives. You will embrace challenges and ensure unresolved issues don’t drift. Highly commercially driven.
