**PR COORDINATOR - ON SITE**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated PR Coordinator to join our PR team based in Market Harborough.

Please note; this role is full time, on site at our beautiful head office in Market Harborough.

**_ Day to day as a Press Officer_**
- Support the Senior Manager - Social Media & PR, in managing a proactive press office.
- Help develop and deliver the annual consumer PR plan to support overall marketing calendar with key messages, product heroes and themes, ensuring maximised coverage within target publications (online, print & broadcast)
- Drive and manage the PR agency and formulate strategies to ensure all Joules campaigns and launches are executed as appropriate. Maintaining strong, consistent press coverage for Joules in target media
- Work with key stakeholders within the business to source key information to build stories and pitches for media.
- Plan, brief and execute seasonal press events and launches
- Provide innovative press ideas to help drive the brand forward and keep it ahead of the competition.
- Creating and managing VIP/celebrity seeding and collaboration lists, identifying up-and-coming talent who are relevant to the Joules brand
- Work alongside the affiliate team to maximise sales-driving and SEO supportive online coverage
- Designing and writing engaging press releases and presentations
- Analysis and reporting to the business, including media coverage, event overviews and team activity.
- Manage the PR inbox, replying to all enquiries in a timely manner
- Represent Joules to the highest standard at key events.

**_ Key skills & Experience _**

This really is a very exciting role and with it comes the chance for you to push your creative fashion and PR skills to new levels. This role will suit someone who is dynamic, loves working in a fasted paced environment and a great team player.

**Required Experience**
- Ideally educated to degree level in PR or a related degree such as Journalism, Media Communications etc, or have relevant working knowledge and experience.
- Experience working within a PR environment.
- Strong communicator with excellent written skills
- Highly organised and self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and work under short deadlines whilst quickly identifying priorities and sticking to deadlines
- Budget management
- High Level of creativity & innovation
- Proven events management experience
- A full driving license

**Desirable experience**
- Experience using PR software (Gorkana, Adobe Analytics)
- Existing consumer press contacts
