Position Overview

This role focuses on Global Payments’ Unified Payments and Developer Experience product offering, enabling new payment and worldwide system access through a single, consistent and easy to use integration.

Unified Payments offers a complete and seamless customer experience across every channel, location and device globally. The experience of developers and senior technology stakeholders when assessing, understanding and using our product offering is at the forefront of each decision we make every day.

This role, will lead a team of Product Managers, to design, build and bring to market the capabilities available on the platform. Collaboration and coordination with multiple regions and business units is essential including Asia, Latin America, EMEA and North America.

This is an exciting role with potential for the right candidate to develop and lead a critical offering within the Global Payments Product Management organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, develop, grow and retain a high performing team of Product Managers within the Product Management organization; maintaining ownership of the Unified Payments and Developer Experience product offering and delivery of the roadmap

Collaborate with senior engineering stakeholders to develop, build and launch new products with domestic and international scope and enhance existing products to satisfy specific business objectives

Bring the platform to market ensuring the developer experience of the platform is to a high standard

Collect and analyze global qualitative and quantitative feedback about existing products and competitive offerings

Develop regionally focused global product standards, common use cases and resource requirements

Gain a deep understand the technology and platforms that underpin our Unified Payments and Developer Experience product offering

Qualifications & Experience

A minimum of 7 years experience in Product Management or other relevant experience

Payments industry experience is preferred

A bachelor’s degree in a business or technology field from a college or university, or comparable market experience or training

Knowledge of and experience with building enterprise and developer focussed ecosystems, platforms and tools

Proven track record with the following:

Leading a high performing Product Management team working in an agile development environment

Working with senior engineering stakeholders and teams

Collaboration with senior business leader stakeholders in a global organization, including with C-Level executives
