Institutional Crypto and Payments Sales Director

The role
- Drive new sales revenue across the group’s payments and crypto products.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline across multiple products and geographies.
- Engage cryptos biggest logos, ranging from market makers, banks, brokers, and exchanges.
- Engaging with CEO’s and senior stakeholders, run complex sales processes.
- Working alongside and leading compliance and product departments.
- Work alongside the marketing department to create targeted campaigns.
- Engage with product teams to influence product road map to make sure that clients’ needs are met, and future needs are anticipated.
- Co-ordinate junior salespeople who will support you with your processes.
- Support junior salespeople with their processes, typically less complex and smaller value sales.
- Train, mentor and develop junior and mid-level salespeople so they may progress.
- Work alongside Relationship Directors to ensure that your clients receive first class customer service. Be a point of contact for any escalation and unsure all problems are rectified.
- Working with the RD’s to identify and close cross and upselling opportunities. Make sure that client wallet share is maximised.
- Attend conferences and be the face of the business. Help track ROI across conferences and other marketing spend.
- Work with compliance and onboarding to ensure a smooth process for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Must have SME knowledge of the payments market and products gained at a reputable payments FinTech or Bank.
- Must have a demonstrable track record of running complex sales processes with institutional or enterprise clients.
- Must have a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets

Remuneration

Base Salary £120,000 - £160,000

Commissions - £120,000 - £300,000 uncapped
