You’ll be joining us as a Designate Practice Manager initially covering practices in the Bristol Area.
A full-time and permanent position


Your future as a Designate Practice Manager

  • Initially, you will have a base practice and be covering Practice Manager absences across our practices in the Bristol area before being placed in your permanent practice
  • Must have a full driving licence and access to your own transport - travel expenses will be paid while in the Designate role
  • A great opportunity to spend time in various-sized practices that offer different specialisms

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

  • Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
  • Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
  • Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
  • Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
  • You will enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
