## Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists. As a Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, providing exceptional patient care, and leading our team of dispensing opticians and optical assistants.
## Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the practice adheres to and achieves all operational standards, including smart booking and diary management
* Coach, mentor, train, and develop dispensing team and optical assistants
* Oversee the day-to-day activities of the practice, including staff management and patient care
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies
