Practice Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Practice Manager to join our team at mydentist. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our dental practices, providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians while managing the contractual relationship.
- Manage compliance and meet the requirements of our regulators.
- Interpret financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make commercial decisions.
- Competitive salary depending on experience.
- Holidays rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank holidays).
