DescriptionWeFibre (part of the Telcom Group) has invested in providing high speed fibre connections in your area for business and residential users. We are looking to appoint a  Field Sales Advisor on a 6 month fixed term contract basis to help us attract new customers. The role includes visiting potential customers in designated areas, cold calling, presenting our product offerings, building relationships in the community and closing sales.

This role will combine a mixture of working from home and approximately 2 days a week working in the field visiting potential customers. The key locations when working in the field will be Swansea and the surrounding areas. To be successful for the role you will need to be able to commute to this area. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Work daily routes set by your line manager to work to deliver sales through door 2 door activity, venue sales, community engagement and more.
  • Be able to manage pipelines effectively to be able to manage customers even when you are not in an area.
  • Primarily work on weekdays (10am to 3pm) with occasional attendance at weekend or evening marketing events.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all channels, including telesales, email, and face to face.
  • Create a positive first impression and be able to keep people engaged in conversation.
  • Educate and inform customers on their choices when it comes to broadband.
  • Identify and engage with decision makers quickly to make the sales process streamlined and effective.

Essential Requirements
  • Driving Licence: Full driving licence required.
  • Location: You must be able to travel to Swansea and the surrounding areas (2 days a week - approximately)
  • Resilience:  Able to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude.
  • Adaptable: You think well on your feet and can adapt your approach quickly - based on information you’re receiving in real time.
  • Organised: Able to manage and prioritise tasks even when things change at short notice.
  • Teamwork: A genuine team player - you find it easy to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Interpersonal skills: Forms good professional relationships quickly, gaining customer’s trust and engagement.

This is a field based role and will require the successful candidate to work in different locations including some working from home. 

Whilst the role is predominantly Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm, a flexible approach to working days and hours is required as occasional attendance at weekend or evening marketing events may be required. 

The role is on a 6  month fixed term contract basis.
