The Role
Your role as a Hospitality Supervisor Apprentice, is to provide unforgettable dining experiences and commitment in your professional development in role. You’ll work to learn the skills and knowledge required to lead the team and contribute to our purpose and provide exceptional culinary experiences to our valued customers & guests. Maintaining our high-quality standards and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Apprenticeship

We’ve teamed up with HITT Training to deliver a 12-month, Level 3 apprenticeship that prepares you for a successful career in Hospitality. It all wraps up with an end point assessment, ensuring you're ready and equipped to move forward in your professional journey.

Responsibilities include

  • Learn to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Learn the skills and knowledge to ensure that service standards are consistently met and exceeded
  • Support your team in serving food and beverages promptly, adhering to SOP’s
  • Learn to maintain and ensure you and your team set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring tables are clean and properly set with utensils, glassware, and tableware
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of both guests and colleagues
  • Develop the skills to collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure that all menu items meet or exceed established standards, monitoring food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency 
  • Learn to support and oversee daily operations in the food and beverage department, including dining areas and bar services, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines 
  • Develop the skills to lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service  

Required Skills & Experience 

  • High school education or equivalent; At least 5 GCSEs at grade C or above 
  • Maths & English Level 2 
  • Passion for Hospitality and a genuine interest in the industry and a desire to pursue a career in this field 
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank/public holidays as required
