Job Description

Frasers Group are currently looking for an Warehouse Admin Support to join our Lux Warehouse Operation to support the management team at our impressive state of the art 2m square foot Shirebrook Distribution Centre, that's over 30 football pitches, and is one of the most advanced warehouses within the UK.

We are looking for a highly motivated worker who has a can-do attitude, can work in a fast-paced environment and is keen to progress.

As Warehouse Admin Support your key responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative support for the Flannels management team Building effective work relationships with other members of the team Completing general duties including filing, monitoring and replenishment of stationery Handling holiday requests and keeping records of attendance Creating, analysing and submitting reports on Flannels departments Preparing and updating training records Embracing Frasers Group values and visions in everything you do

Qualifications

Ability to work in a confidential manner Ability to multitask and work to deadlines Strong communication skills and able to effectively engage with the team around you Close attention to detail to update and maintain records Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills Experience using Word, Excel and Emails Promote and adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety Rules and Policy
