**Job Description**:

- Liaise with 3rd party brands to outsource ecommerce imagery and content ensuring all provided assets is adhering to Frasers Group guidelines
- Liaise with the Commercial team and other departments to source and organise product imagery and content
- Maintaining strong relationships with brands & communicate studio needs
- Support 3rd party with EDI portal
- Maintain all data and information for imagery tracking
- Communicate workflow and discuss any issues with the Studio Team Lead
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
- Updating internal systems where needed by liaising with external suppliers and internal buyers
- Maintain internal reports - outstanding, studio stock tracker
- Liaise with the warehouse and other departments to source and organise products
- Liaise with the QC team, reporting all product issues to the wider team
- Organising orders for photoshoots
- Maintain spreadsheets for product status tracking
- Liaise with stylists and photographers to ensure smooth running of photoshoots
