Responsibilities

SalesSupportresponsibilities

  • Youwill manage special bookings from start to finish offeringexcellent customer service throughout includingpostsale

  • Youll accuratelyupsell the companys products by getting to know our live escapegames and play at home games and otherofferings

  • You will analyseour existing client base and introduce ways of upselling andcrossselling as appropriate

  • Working independently youllidentify potential new clients to target and proactively approachthem using memorable and professionalmethods

  • Cold callingemailing booking organisers who have started orders but have notfinished them leafleting our corporate team voucher puzzles tolocal businesses in the area represent clueQuest at exhibitionsfairs or marketstalls

  • Manage sales (withguidance from the CEO) of three key areas:

  • Public: You will useinnovative sales methods to engage the public encourage the uptakeof all clueQuest products and drivefootfall

  • Corporate: You willengage businesses to increase bookings used for team building andstaff incentives

  • New productlaunch: You will promote our future products in coordination withthe marketing lead

  • Activelydevelop your market insight to keep on top of consumer trends tospot further potential and growth opportunities and report back ona quarterly basis

  • Youll workclosely with the leadership team and marketing lead to formulatestrategies and deliver engagementplans

EventOrganisation

  • Eventcoordination and management for special promotionalevents
  • Ideation and developingevents
  • Marketing strategies sponsorshipidentification and speaker/performer coordination
  • Oversee onsite activities and collect feedbackfor postevent evaluation.
  • Clear communicationwith stakeholders and provide summaries and financial reports aftertheevent.

  • Youll be familiar with theworld of live escape gaming and will know the various games theclueQuest offer
  • You can demonstrate your clearcommunication organisation and presentation skills atinterview
