About the Role

The Client Solutions team at Eurex (London Rep. Office) is seeking a highly experienced Sales Lead to join our team. As a senior sales expert, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts within our defined product lines, requiring in-depth OTC IRD expertise and a leader mindset.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage initiatives and campaigns to frame, steer, and execute a sales approach and meet commercial targets.
  • Develop sales value propositions and define go-to-market strategies to drive OTC IRD business growth.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to deliver best-in-class customer experience and knowledge excellence.
  • Collaborate with R&D interfaces to support new product launches and promote market adoption.
  • Identify and consolidate business requirements to align roadmap priorities and validate market demand.

Your Profile

  • University degree or comparable education (Business Administration, Economics, and Mathematics preferred) with 10+ years of professional experience.
  • Profound knowledge in trading, clearing, and capital markets; in-depth knowledge of OTC IRD clearing is a must.
  • Proven track record in project management and the use of agile methods.
  • Critical and solution-oriented thinking nature, efficient, and target-oriented work style.
  • Creativity, analytical thinking, self-responsibility, reliability, and strong customer orientation.
