Overview:
Paretoare looking to employ an experienced Facilities Account Manager tomanage a number of our accounts. The successful candidate will beable to demonstrate exceptional experience in people managementprocess implementation and ownership of day to day operations.
This will include experience working as asupplier delivering to clients. A thorough understanding ofM&E service delivery or a technical background isessential. We are looking for an exceptional communicator that willbe able to manage multiple stakeholders whilst maintaining thehighest levels of service at all times.
We needsomeone that is ambitious selfdriven professional and the hardestworker in the room. This role will report into our Senior AccountManagement team. We are looking for someone to take on existingaccounts.
Key responsibilities:
- Ownership of day today operations.
- Weeklyoperational briefings with the client representatives to explainthe operational challenges and opportunities across the portfolio.
- Completion of monthlymanagement reports that cover all services across all sites. Thiswill be delivered to the client within 10 days of the followingmonth and will include full PPM and H&S data. This willextend to quarterly strategic reviews that will senior stakeholdersto drive the strategy of the overallcontract.
- Implementationof standard operating procedures for all base functions of theservice delivery. This will include designing writing and deliverythese SOPs and ensuring delivery against standard operatingprocedures.
- Completion ofall HR related tasks including appraisals salary reviews anddisciplinary procedures for directreports.
- Managesubcontractors effectively ensuring they are operating in line withtheir specifications and delivering value formoney.
- Ownership of smalland medium sized projects forclients.

Finance:
- Monitorand approval ofovertime
- Monthly BillingConfirm any contract changes & monitor spend againstbudget
EssentialCriteria:
- Suitablerecent and relevant FM experience (typically 5years)
- HardServices/Technical services deliveryexperience
- A minimum ofIOSH Managing Safely qualified orequivalent.
- Strongknowledge of FM service delivery across all serviceslines
- Excellent planningand organizationalskills
- Excellent verbalwritten communication and presentationskills
- Strong ITskills
- Ability to manageown workload and work on owninitiative
- Ability to workin and adapt to a rapidly changingenvironment
- Comfortablechallenging poor standards or behavior and implementingchange
- Ability to workcooperatively with others to complete tasks and implement processimprovements.
- MulticontractFM management experience preferred
