The Role

Entering Customer receipts, Supplier payments and other bank transactions and performing bank reconciliations.

Reviewing and reconciling Debtor and Creditor Accounts to include the monitoring of aged debt, and the chasing of debt, the monitoring of aged creditors and the payments to suppliers.

The raising of Sales invoices on Clik and transferring to Sage

Providing information to support cash flow forecasting and management.

Credit Card & Commercial Card reconciling

Updating Sage 50 daily

Updating and checking CLIK daily

Assisting Finance Manager with monthly reports

Working hours are 40 per week 8am-5pm Mon - Fri with 1 hour unpaid break

The Person

Your must have a good general level of education

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

Able to work as part of a team and autonomously

Must have good IT skills with knowledge of excel and preferably Sage 50 Accounts

Well organised and able to prioritise workload

Good time keeping and reliable

Able to work under pressure

Salary negotiable depending on experience

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
