The Key Account Manager plays a vital role in managing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients. You will be responsible for understanding their unique energy needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.

Job Details

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Understand clients' energy needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Act as a consultant to clients, advising on energy market trends and opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
  • Monitor account performance and ensure that client needs are met proactively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, particularly in B2B sales
  • Strong knowledge of the energy market and a desire to stay updated on industry trends
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts

  • Base salary starting at £45,000 per annum + uncapped commission. (OTE £50 - £60K)
