Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and generating new business revenue through innovative marketing and networking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing and networking strategies to generate new business revenue.
  • Arrange sales meetings and presentations to introduce products and services.
  • Build and maintain a customer portfolio, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Liaise with the external sales team to feedback relevant information and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Internal sales experience or Hire Desk Controller knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
