Sales Representative

Salary: Up to £30,000
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Identify opportunities to up-sell products and increase sales revenue.
* Provide accurate product information to customers.
* Manage sales administration tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
* Act as a primary point of contact for customers, resolving any queries efficiently.
* Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant client and sales information.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements and qualifications:
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a related industry.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Positive attitude and a commitment to achieving sales targets
