Deliver a successful transition of data onto tills, menu screens, other devices, websites and apps, supporting the business during menu changes, new promotions and price changes Manage and prioritise workload ensuring 100% success rate on meeting deadlines Establish good relationships with key stakeholders, especially Food Development and Marketing Teams, to ensure that the EPOS team supports the delivery of key business initiatives within required timescales Deliver the database builds for acquisitions, new IT initiatives and integrations to the business Resolve issues raised by pubs in a timely manner thereby ensuring minimum impact to Customer Some travel may be required to meet key stakeholders and visit pubs Some weekend work will be required and occasional evenings during busy periods to support the businessYou will bring...
