We are looking for a DutyManager that will thrive in a luxury spa environment and provideour residents with an unforgettable experience. You will open andclose the facility deliver group exercise classes personal trainingand other services and always be on top of your game making sureyoure giving your all to help our residents make the most of theirtime within the spa.

Therole

  • Providingexcellent customer service to residents andguests
  • Promote a thriving community within thespa
  • Oversee the daytoday running of the spawhilst onshift
  • Actively seek new clients andopportunities to grow your personal training and/or massage clientbase
  • Work with the wider residential estateteam to provide a first class residentsexperience
  • Provide Personal Training sessionsto help achieve sitetargets

Requirements

  • REPsLevel 3 (Level 2 will beconsidered)
  • Selfmotivated and able to work withminimal supervision
  • High level of interpersonalskills
  • Previous experience within the luxurygym/ spa/ hotelmarkets

Desirableattributes

  • Previousexperience within the luxury gym/ spa/ hotelmarkets
  • First aid/ Pool safetyexperience
