Gym and Spa Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at motive8 in Tower Bridge, London. As a Gym and Spa Duty Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
  • Promote a thriving community within the spa
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the spa while on-shift
  • Actively seek new clients and opportunities to grow your personal training and/or massage client base
  • Work with the wider residential estate team to provide a first-class residents experience
  • Provide Personal Training sessions to help achieve site targets
Requirements:
  • REPs Level 3 (Level 2 will be considered)
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience within the luxury gym/spa/hotel markets
Desirable Attributes:
  • Previous experience within the luxury gym/spa/hotel markets
  • First aid/Pool safety experience
