Gym and Spa Duty Manager - motive8

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our luxury spa team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting a thriving community, and overseeing the day-to-day running of the spa.

The Role

  1. Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
  2. Promote a thriving community within the spa
  3. Oversee the day-to-day running of the spa whilst on-shift
  4. Actively seek new clients and opportunities to grow your personal training and/or massage client base
  5. Work with the wider residential estate team to provide a first-class residents experience
  6. Provide Personal Training sessions to help achieve site targets

Requirements

  1. REPs Level 3 (Level 2 will be considered)
  2. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  3. High level of interpersonal skills
  4. Previous experience within the luxury gym/spa/hotel markets

Desirable Attributes

  1. Previous experience within the luxury gym/spa/hotel markets
  2. First aid/Pool safety experience
