Accountable for accuracy of tasks given to support process and governance team within the VMO Supports process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and drive efficiency gains across the organisation Collects data for quality analysis from various sources (process observations, stakeholder feedback) Validates data and tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of quality control records Analyses quality control data to identify trends and potential issues, and implements corrective actions Plans quality assurance and testing activities Prepares reports and maintains quality control activity records Monitors quality KPIs and flags compliance issues and practices that deviate from standards Analyses existing processes in Arqiva to identify weaknesses, inefficiencies and non-compliance issuesThe person
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence Understanding of governance principles and practices to establish governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that ensure compliance, accountability, and transparency Process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Excellent analytical skills to analyse relevant data against performance indicators, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve Strong problem-solving skills to evaluate issues and collaborate with wider quality team to develop solutions Effective communication and reporting skills to communicate audit findings, insights and recommendations to stakeholders Awareness of quality management principles and methodologies (.
