Hub Team Member 

Salary: £11.50 per hour

Hours per week: 16 hours will include weekends

 Here at The Mole Resort we have launched a brand-new resort set in 125 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.

As a Hub Team Member you will be responsible for assisting in providing a great customer journey from initial enquiry to checking out after their amazing stay. You will also support in other areas of the Hub

 

What will I be doing?

As a Hub Team Member at The Mole, you are responsible for recording and controlling all resort bookings, providing exceptional service to our guests from food and drink delivery to checking in and out . You wil also be answering the phone on a daily basis in a polite and professional manner. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

● Record accommodation bookings accuracy and effectively.

● Answering enquiries by phone and email.

● Providing fantastic guest experience throughout the Hub. Whether its serving coffee and food or pulling pints you will greet our gusets with a smile.

● Completing day to day office administrative tasks

● Helping maintain the shop and keep it looking at its best

● Ensure workstation area is tidy and equipment is in working order

● Understand and comply with Health and Safety legislation, fire precautions, legal requirements, and perform any other tasks that may be required from time to time.

● Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Most of all you need to be fun and embrace our brand of fabulous stays and active days.

Although previous experience would be beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
