drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.



As a
Maintenance Assistant, your role will be an integral part of the maintenance
team, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional standards of maintenance
throughout the entire estate. With a positive and can-do attitude, you will
work with a hands-on approach to complete all maintenance tasks in an efficient
and timely manner, while minimizing any potential disruption to our guests.



What will I be doing?



To be an effective Maintenance Assistant at the Mole, it is
crucial that you have a strong awareness of guest experience, as you will play
an important role in ensuring that our guests' stay is comfortable, enjoyable,
and hassle-free. You will be responsible for performing all general maintenance
tasks as directed, always striving to exceed expectations and maintain the
highest possible standards.



•
Possess proficiency in basic plumbing, basic knowledge of electrics and capable
to complete basic decorating and woodwork



•
Be presentable in appearance and adhere to company standard uniform



•
Capable or willing to learn basic gardening duties



•
Complete basic in-house maintenance checks as directed to ensure an efficient
service to the business and our guests



•
Help to maintain the highest standard of guest experience and public areas



•
Adhere to Health and Safety regulations including manual handling and COSHH
regs as well as health and safety resort policies



•
Attend regular briefing sessions and hotel meetings with the head of FM when
required



•
Responsible approach towards timekeeping, attendance and assist in the event of
absence cover



•
Ensure that maintenance works do not impact our guests (internal and external)
and anticipate their needs to exceed their expectations



•
Follow up maintenance night reports positively and take appropriate action to
ensure the estate is always in top condition.

Maintenance assistant at The Mole, you should maintain the

Have a keen eye for detail

Possession of basic I.T. skills



·       
Basic knowledge of electrics.



·       
Ability to complete basic in-house maintenance checks as directed.



·       
Effectively communicate with other departments displaying positive
teamwork.

Competence or willingness to learn hot tub checks.



·       
Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and commitment to every task
undertaken.



·       
Demonstrate the ambition to meet personal and department goals.

·        Perform other tasks as directed by your
line manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals.



·       
Understand your role and responsibilities and comply with the
hotel Health & Safety Policy, emergencies, evacuation, and security
procedures.

·        Behave in line with the Company
environmental and energy saving initiatives.

·        Act on any reasonable request made by the
management team.
