An excellent opportunity has arisen within the IT Services – Desktop Support Team

In this exciting role you will provide expert support and guidance to IT users in NHS Borders. You will investigate and resolve desktop and endpoint hardware, operating system, application software issues as well as contribute to the transformation of Digital Support Services

The post holders will have a clear vision of how Digital Support Services should contribute and improve health services.

Candidates must be highly skilled in Desktop Support with significant Infrastructure knowledge and have excellent customer service skills. They must be able to demonstrate experience of working within a technical support role and have been directly involved in a frontline support. They must be Educated to Degree level or have equivalent professional qualifications and/or experience.
