The Role of a  Branch Colleague

As a Branch Colleague, you will develop strong customer relationships in your store offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. What do you need to succeed as a  Branch Colleague ?

Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assist Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven. Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or Sales Manager within Tool Hire/Construction or similar industry. Hold a valid driver's license.

What does the  Branch Colleague role involve?

Your focus will be independently running the HSS concession within our partnering Builder’s Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where you can Building and maintaining strong connections with our customers to ensure we keep their repeat business. Support key sales initiatives and strategy striving to exceed sales and revenue targets ensure we’re being innovative and forward-thinking in our approach.

Similar Working Pattern
Monday to Friday 7:am until :pm and Saturday 8:am until :pm
(with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked).
